I met Juu at the IPS office and we discussed my requirements.
Great communication, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

After selecting my apartments from their website (which is excellent), I went back to the office and Juu took me thru the apartment videos, which with her input was invaluable.

When I was ready to inspect, she picked me up and took me to the apartments (5 in all), assisting me in discussions with the owner/landlord and lease requirements.

After selecting my apartment, Juu again picked me up and did the apartment inspection and lease sign off with the owner and myself.

That’s how easy and stress free it was. Juu provided absolute 5 star service.

I was planning on relocating to Siem reap and found IPS had an excellent website to start my search, after finding an apartment that met all my needs I contacted IPS to find out more.
Thech replied straight away and said he would go and do a video walk round of the property and surrounding area and email it back to me.
Thech’s video was excellent and explained everything I needed to know.
When I arrived in Siem Reap I met the owner of the apartment and Saney from IPS and moved in that morning.
IPS has made moving halfway across the world an easy and pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a property in Cambodia.

Sreyneang is outstanding. I wanted to do a complicated Zcondo deal and needed a strong realator who could deal with complexity and who could bargain strongly. Sreyneang was able to complete the deal and got me a great deal. She moved decisively and was able to explain everything to my satisfaction, She did so well that I asked her to help us find property for the large NGO I work for. I strongly recommend her!

Thech Thai, IPS Agent, provided profession prodessional service. He showed me many options within my budget and in the areas i was interested in. Once i made a few selection, he took me around to a few the properties. I was able to talk through and evaluate. And he told me the benefits at each location.
I never felt rushed or pushed to choose.
I selected a place. We set a move in date. Handled and easy, thorough professional lease application. Put the kets in my hand and followed up with me twice, 24 & 48 hours later to make sure i was settled in happy.
I highly recommend IPS, and Agent Thech Thai was fantantisc, ive no doubt the entire team at IPS is equally professional.

I had a great experience working with Han Jaysaney from IPS Siem Reap. From the beginning, he was prompt in responding to my inquiry about a studio apartment I was interested in. He was very accommodating when it came to scheduling a viewing and maintained a courteous and professional demeanor throughout.

Han’s friendly personality made the entire process pleasant, and he was very thorough when it came to handling the lease contract. He also made it much easier to communicate and coordinate with the property owner, which I greatly appreciated.

What really stood out was his follow-up after the move-in to make sure everything was going smoothly. When I happened to misplace my lease contract, Han promptly sent me a digital copy via email for safekeeping without hesitation.

I highly recommend Han and IPS Siem Reap to anyone looking for help finding and securing a rental property in Siem Reap. Their professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction truly make a difference.

I’d heard IPS was great, but Juu in Siem Reap deserves her own five-star rating. From the moment we started chatting, she was friendly, helpful and somehow knew exactly what I needed—maybe a little too well (is she psychic?).

Apartment hunting usually feels like a chore, but with Juu, it felt more like browsing options with a really organized friend who just happens to know every landlord in town. She was fast, efficient, honest, and made the whole thing surprisingly fun.
