I was very pleased to have Dara as my agent for the selling of my condo at Chroy Changvar.
I found him to be very proffesional and knowledgeable and he was able to explain the steps that needed to be taken in my particular case.He was friendly and easy to work with.

I have just moved into a new apartment at Urban Village after leaving my other apartment which you found for me last year when I returned to Cambodia….

My agent this time was Mr Nam and I found him to be polite, helpful, knowledgable about properties and after giving him a list of what I was looking for in my next apartment Mr Nam when above and beyond his duty as a representative of your company find me exactly what I was looking for and even found properties that I didn’t list as he wanted the best for his client….

I moved into my new apartment last week March 17th 2021 and this is exactly what I wanted and it is within my budget and my expectations of what I wanted, Quiet, High Up, No Loud Music at night, No Karaoke day or night and here at Urban Village this meets everything that I wanted….

Thank you Mr Nam and IPS for the outstanding helpfulness in finding us Expats amazing places to live in Cambodia,..

Highly recommend working with the lovely Kanha, who made the process of finding our dream apartment quick and easy. Kanha handled everything – finding listings that met our requirements, setting up viewings, arranging tuk tuks, handling negotiations with our landlord etc. Really appreciated Kanha’s honesty and helpful attitude and never felt pressured to settle where we weren’t totally happy. Would definitely work with her and IPS again in future.
