I moved from the U.S. to Phnom Penh in January 2025. I reached out to IPS about 7 weeks prior to my arrival in need of help finding a place to live. The property consultant assigned to me, Puthisey Yin, was very professional, informative, and courteous throughout the entire process. A really nice company with attentive staff, attentive services, and good attitude. Mr. Syto Nhiev, the branch director, has gone out of his way on my first trip to Phnom Penh to make sure I feel safe, get to where I need to go, and has been aware of a customer's extra requests. He has also introduced me to the developer's daughter without hesitancy when she was in sight , and his service to a new customer of the company is superb indeed. I am extremely satisfied to have contacted IPS Cambodia Co., Ltd. I had limited time to search for an apartment. The short timeframe that was convenient for me was during the Pchum Ben holiday. Ms. Visana Neth, the IPS agent, organized the viewings very quickly. Within one day, she showed me the apartments I had selected from the ads as well as the apartments that she offered based on my requirements.
Another positive moment is that the information on the website is accurate. I expected the apartment search event to be stressful, but in the end, it was more like a pleasant walk. This is the merit of both the agency and Ms. Visana.

My agent Charia Sang was a dream agent to me. She was so attentive, listening and understood my wants and needs of an apartment. She was utterly professional and also warm and welcoming. Before moving to Phnom Penh, I reached out to IPS in order to get in touch with an agent that could help us find a house to rent after our arrival. Almost immediately, Nam reached out to us to inquire about our preferences for houses ( area, budget, amenities etc ) and sent us a collection links for us to view. After our arrival, we met with Nam is person and he took us to view 7 different places in his company car. Each place matched what we had told him was important to us ( other agents might just try to show you anything ) After we short listed our places, Nam was able to provide more details and make an offer on our behalf with the owner. He was present during the contract signing and the house handover. All I can say is that we were blown away by Nam’s professionalism and genuine nature. Would highly recommend reaching out to IPS if you are looking for a house in PP.

Sreyneang was and continues to be most helpful to me since we first met back in April. She made sure that all the necessary documents are inorder before my move-in date, that all the deliverables of the apartment owner were completed, that the terms and conditions were explained to me clearly and even a month later, she continue to checked in on me if everything is alright. Everything was great with IPS until I moved into the apartment where next door had a workshop that started hammering at 6am everyday. They did help me to leave which is fair enough but they should have known about this before placing me in the apartment. Terrible experience.

When all other agents have given up on selling my property due to time limitations (2 weeks notice), Malay stood ground and was able to connect me with a buyer within the FIRST day of me contacting her.
She independently manages everything within the sales process, from liaising with the developer, buyer, buyer’s nominated escrow lawyer and notary without me having to put in additional efforts other than providing and couriering the necessary documents.
Upon stumbling with any difficulties, she was always able to reassure me that everything will turn out alright. True enough, everything went well and we were able to close the sales timely and smoothly.
