I had to step out while the IPS PM team, Veasna and Sokhey, worked on a roof leak at my apartment. Not only were they incredibly prompt and efficient, but they also kept me updated throughout! Beyond fixing the leak, they cleaned up and repaired unseen damages. Truly outstanding work from a very friendly team! I highly recommend!

David Granger and his team bent over backwards to sell the restaurant business of Little Havana. It certainly was not an easy task, but they worked patiently to get this sale completed.
I had many offers but David got me the best one.
