Calling all college seniors ready to take on the world! If you are approaching your final years in college and are looking to make a mark and launch your professional career, the IPS Internship Program is for you!

- Property Management
- Valuation & Feasibility Study
Our Selection Process
As you progress through each stage of the selection process, our Recruitment team will be in touch to explain the next steps.
- Applicants will be shortlisted based on their academic background and completion of requirements
- Individuals who are shortlisted for the program will be contacted for an interview
- Successful applicants will be notified through a message or an e-mail indicating their designated departments and starting date
General Requirements:
- Second to Final-year students
- Interested and keen to learn more about real estate
- Resume or CV
- Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades, or any school certification or proof of enrollment
As IPS Interns, You’ll Get To:

- Undertake challenging and professional work through client engagements, field work, and other exciting projects

Note that this will serve as your official first job, so you will be trained as a regular employee, follow a regular work schedule, and will be assessed the same as that of the rest of the employees.
After Completing The 4-Month Internship Program,
All interns will receive a Certificate of Completion as official recognition of the interns’ training under the guidance of experienced professionals and the management of IPS, a widely recognized company in the Cambodian real estate market .
