IPS Cambodia, the leading real estate agency in Cambodia, is currently searching for a Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic property management team.
This position reports directly to the Head of Property Management & Country Director, and involves responsibility for the day-to-day operations of one or more properties, including financial management, leasing, maintenance, and client relations.
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Roles and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement property management plans and strategies to achieve financial and occupancy goals.
- Manage the property’s budget and financial records.
- Oversee the leasing process, screening tenants, preparing, and executing lease agreements.
- Arrange for property’s maintenance and repairs, hiring and supervising contractors as necessary.
- Ensure that the property is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage resident relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and complaints, enforcing the property’s rules and regulations, and organizing resident events.
- Acquire new businesses for the department.
- Maintain excellent client relations with property owners.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work as a team player and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Experience with property management or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
