HIRING: Senior Property Manager

IPS Cambodia, the leading real estate agency in Cambodia , is currently searching for a Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic property management team .

This position reports directly to the Head of Property Management & Country Director, and involves responsibility for the day-to-day operations of one or more properties, including financial management, leasing, maintenance, and client relations.

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Roles And Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement property management plans and strategies to achieve financial and occupancy goals.
• Manage the property’s budget and financial records.
• Oversee the leasing process, screening tenants, preparing, and executing lease agreements.
• Arrange for property’s maintenance and repairs, hiring and supervising contractors as necessary.
• Ensure that the property is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage resident relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and complaints, enforcing the property’s rules and regulations, and organizing resident events.
• Acquire new businesses for the department.
• Maintain excellent client relations with property owners.
  

Qualifications And Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work as a team player and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Experience with property management or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
