Responsiblities:
As our Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in the backbone of our financial operations, with responsibilities that make every day exciting. Here’s what you’ll get to do:
- Encompass preparing and presenting accounting reports to property owners, ensuring meticulous tracking of all payments made.
- Engage directly with clients to discuss matters related to payments and refunds, facilitating clear and proactive communication.
- Sourcing, scanning, comparing, and negotiating with external suppliers or service providers, managing contracts, and overseeing procurements to optimize financial operations.
- Ensuring the smooth financial operation of the property, which involves diligently following up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy financial status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Have a knowledge and experience with accounting task
- Good understanding of all related requirement regulations
- Excellence written and spoken English skills
- Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Access)
