IPS Cambodia Appointment Will Step Up The Sales And Marketing Of Eco Residence Sen Sok Project In The Coming Months.
The Eco Residence Sen Sok , a project by Global Construction & Cooperation Co., Ltd (GCC), has appointed IPS-Cambodia, one of Cambodia’s leading real estate company , to support a major acceleration in sales and marketing as it already started rolling out its pre-sale, to be followed by the construction in the coming months.
GCC is a general engineering contractor best known for delivering major residential infrastructures such as Borey communities, luxury villas, modern apartments and condominiums, alongside industrial and commercial buildings.
More than a decade of experience in Cambodia’s infrastructure market, GCC has been successfully serving many local and international companies with Construction & Engineering , Design & Project Management , and Renovation & Decoration.
Following its recent Borey development, The Eco Residence 237, GCC is now launching another project which will rise as The Eco Residence Sen Sok.
This project will comprise 72 units of mixed townhouses and shophouses, located at the heart of Sen Sok. Nestled in a district envisioned to be the growth center of Phnom Penh, Eco Residence Sen Sok places its future residents to a prime location that’s a mere 15 mins (5 km) to Phnom Penh International Airport, 20 mins (10 km) to Aeon Sen Sok and TK Avenue, and 30 mins (14 km) to Wat Phnom.
