Our commercial team is expanding, and we’re currently in-search for a driven, entrepreneurial, and confident leasing agent to join our team!
Earn $500 up to $1,000 monthly from commission, with guaranteed fixed salary!
Responsibilities:
- Assist investors and businessmen clients in finding suitable commercial properties and locations to run their business from
- Work with commercial property landlords in gathering leads, arranging viewings, and doing the paperwork in a reasonable amount of time
- Facilitate with negotiations between tenants and landlords
- Manage a list of commercial rental properties
- Provide professional advice and guidance on the current state of Cambodia market, property prices, rental agreements, and other related fees and information
- Search, identify and qualify commercial properties in Phnom Penh for listing
Qualifications:
– No experience required
– Good English language skills and comprehension
– Must have strong customer service skills
