IPS Cambodia is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Phnom Penh Sales team. This is an excellent chance for those with a desire to start a career in real estate sales and who are passionate about developing their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be assisting with various tasks that will give you a hands-on experience in property sales. You will work closely with our Sales Executives and learn how to communicate with potential buyers, arrange property viewings, and understand the sales process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn and ready to take the first steps in the exciting world of real estate .

Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Executives in communicating with prospective buyers to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Help organize property viewings and assist with the logistics of these appointments.
• Learn to oversee the preparation of sales-related documents, such as agreements and booking forms.
• Aid in the promotion of property listings and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Observe negotiation processes and learn how to act as an intermediary between property sellers and potential buyers.
• Attend training sessions, seminars, and networking events to broaden knowledge and build connections within the industry.

Qualifications:

– A keen interest in developing a career in property sales.
– Strong communication and people skills.
– Must be proactive and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
– Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant college/university program is preferable.
