Position: Junior Valuer
Full Time | Based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Property inspection (property measurement, documentation, property price survey, etc.)
- Drafting valuation report
- Submitting report to banks and individual clients
- Work closely with the Senior Valuer and Head of Valuations in the execution of the entire valuation process
Qualifications:
– Certificates in the related field
– Good command of speaking and writing in both Khmer and English
