Koh Pich City: Phnom Penh’s Evolving Waterfront Destination
Koh Pich (Diamond Island) has become one of Phnom Penh’s most dynamic districts, a place where the city’s growth, lifestyle, and culture converge. Located in Tonle Bassac of Chamkarmon District, it sits in the Bassac River at the confluence with the Mekong and Tonle Sap, just south of NagaWorld and the National Assembly, linked to the city by the Koh Pich bridges.
At its heart is the new Koh Pich Central Park, a six-hectare development by Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) that connects the Swan Bridge to the landmark Koh Norea Bridge. Designed as a people-focused, sustainable green space, it reflects Phnom Penh’s vision of a modern city that blends business with everyday life.
