Kimsean Sorn is an accomplished property valuer who brings a strategic approach to the valuation sector of IPS. Drawing from years of experience, Kimsean Sorn has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market and familiar with the investment opportunities across Phnom Penh. As a Senior Property Valuer, Kimsean, together with the team, delivers insights into a property’s fundamentals, its competitors and the overall market dynamics affecting both the current and future value.

Kimsean Sorn obtained a degree in Land Management and Land Administration at the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA).
