Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential buyers to identify their requirements or preferences
- Assist potential buyers in choosing a property by providing options and professional advice
- Able to deliver monthly sales quota
- Arrange viewings with prospects and clients interested in properties
- Oversee the promotion of property listings
- Prepare documents such as sales agreement, booking forms, property titles, etc.
- Ensure that important documents are signed and payments are fulfilled
- Act as intermediaries liaison between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate the transaction
- Conduct property inspection and qualify properties to ensure the terms & conditions protect the rights of both the buyer and seller
- Maintain a good relationship with clients for future opportunities
- Participate in trainings, seminars, and networking events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
Qualifications:
– Relevant experience in selling properties in Phnom Pehn
– Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent relationship building and networking skills
