HIRING: Residential Leasing Agent – Phnom Penh
#WEAREHIRING IPS Phnom Penh is looking for a motivated Residential Leasing Agent , driven and hardworking, and believes in constant learning.
Work with and be trained by our talented agents who share the same fiery passion to provide property solutions to our valued clients.
Earn $500 up to $1,000 monthly from commission, with guaranteed fixed salary!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients (mostly foreigners) to learn their requirements and preferences
- Assist clients in selecting the right properties for them
- Meet interested tenants to walkthrough to their desired property
- Work with landlords and oversee their property in website, promotions, advertisements
- Act as intermediary between landlords and prospective renters
- Build a good relationship with clients
- Prepare and manage documents such as lease contracts
- Study and monitor the rental property market to target the right audience
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and networking events to improve existing job knowledge and expand network
- Work closely with our Branch Manager, Head of Residential, and Leasing agents
Qualifications:
– Good English language skills and comprehension
– Must have strong customer service skills
– With at least 2 years of experience in residential leasing
