This marks a key milestone in IPS Cambodia’s growth, bringing innovative services to the Cambodian real estate market. Under the terms of the agreement, IPS Cambodia will refer clients to Stronghold Trustee for trust services, which fall within the scope of Cambodian Trust Law.
This partnership is particularly timely as trust deed services are becoming increasingly important in property ownership in Cambodia. IPS Cambodia’s referral to Stronghold Trustee allows clients seeking to secure their property assets through a trust to access a trusted provider of such services. A trust deed enables individuals to place their assets in a trust for future security, estate planning, and inheritance purposes, providing peace of mind for those looking to protect their investments.
In addition to this new collaboration, IPS Cambodia’s Valuation Department has been offering expert trust valuation services, ensuring fair and accurate property assessments. These services, already available to clients, complement the new partnership with Stronghold Trustee, further strengthening the range of offerings for clients looking to manage their property assets through trust structures. By combining our trust valuation services with Stronghold’s trust services, IPS Cambodia can provide clients with a comprehensive, seamless solution for securing and managing their investments.
