IPS Cambodia , a dynamic and innovative real estate company in Cambodia, is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing marketing team. Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for clients coming through our online channels, providing top-notch customer service with a friendly approach.
• Manage daily social media posting, ensuring content is engaging, creative, and aligned with our brand’s voice.
• Work with content team to brainstorm fresh and innovative ideas for brand content.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks as directed by the Marketing Director.
• Foster smooth communication and collaboration within the marketing team to bring ideas to life.

Requirements & Skills:

• A good understanding of social media platforms and the latest digital marketing trends.
• Creativity in coming up with engaging content ideas and a keen eye for design (basic design skills in Canva are a bonus!).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Khmer, especially for customer support.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a positive approach to new challenges.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
