David Murphy is the Founder of IPS Cambodia, which he established in 2009 and built into Cambodia’s leading real estate agency.
David brings a strong foundation in business development, infrastructure and consulting services from Australia, paired with deep, on-the-ground expertise in Cambodian real estate — from Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to emerging regional markets. He is a licensed Cambodian Valuer and holds an Australian Agents Representative license, alongside a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from Swinburne University.
A recognized voice in the industry, David’s insights on the Cambodian property market have been featured across regional media, covering topics from market cycles and consumer trends to forecasts on the country’s real estate outlook.
Outside the office, David is focused on family — passing on his love of AFL and golf to his two sons. That same energy carries into his work, where he remains as driven by IPS’s growth as he is by Cambodia’s evolving property market.
