The latest UC88 construction update shows strong progress across the 46-storey development in BKK1, Phnom Penh. As of August 2026, several areas have reached 100% completion, while finishing and installation works continue throughout the remaining floors.
Construction teams are now working across multiple areas at the same time. These include the ground-floor entrance, residential floors, premium residences, facilities, and the Premium Duplex Penthouse.
Meanwhile, completed areas include the exterior signage, ground-floor interior, several residential floors, and rooftop facilities.
The August 2026 UC88 construction update highlights significant progress from the ground floor to the rooftop.
Interior finishing, built-in furniture, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), waterproofing, masonry, glass, and façade works are all progressing across different sections of the tower.
The exterior signage and front glass logo are now 100% complete.
As a result, UC88’s main exterior branding has reached its finished appearance.
Work continues around the main entrance and arrival area.
Currently, teams are working on the front façade marble, canopy steel and painting, and drop-off area pavement.
Inside the building, however, progress is further ahead. The ground-floor interior works and loose furniture are now 100% complete.

The 33rd-floor interior finishing and loose furniture are now 100% complete.
