Investing in BKK1: Why the Time Square 9 January Launch is a Top Opportunity

Scheduled for its official reveal in January 2026, Time Square 9 is already generating significant buzz among savvy end-users and international investors. This project offers a rare entry point into the BKK1 real estate market at the earliest and most profitable stage.

Historically, early-phase property launches in Phnom Penh’s most prestigious district provide distinct advantages that disappear as construction progresses:

1. Exclusive Early-Bird Pricing: Securing a unit during the January launch ensures the most competitive entry price per square meter, maximizing your future capital appreciation.

2. Priority Unit Selection: Early buyers get the first pick of high-floor units, premium corner layouts, and the most desirable city views.

3. High Capital Growth Potential: BKK1 projects typically see a steady increase in value from the pre-sale phase through to completion, offering a strong upside for early investors.

4. Supply Scarcity in Central Phnom Penh: As land for new developments in BKK1 becomes increasingly limited, projects from reputable developers like Megakim World Corp represent highly selective investment opportunities.
