So this was my second opportunity to use IPS in Siem Reap, so it only made sense to go to the one, and only Chanthy! My first apartment Chanthy secured for me was site unseen! As I was moving from America and needed to secure an apartment, close to Pub Street, which I wanted for my arrival for a few months! All she did was find perfection! Which only makes sense because that is how she goes about her work. so I asked her if she could do it again, except I will be with her this time! What a total complete waste of my time! Because simply, when you’re working with Chanthy, and she understands what you need, she not only finds it, but goes above, and beyond that!
There was no need for me to look at apartments, all I needed to do was pay the landlord For what Chanthy had found! I’m a 63-year-old male, I have rented apartments my entire life, never owned a home, never wanted to! I imagine I have probably lived in close to 30 to 35 apartments in my life, from Los Angeles, to Las Vegas, to San Francisco, to Phoenix! And now Siem Reap! And I am going to be honest, never in my life would I have imagined that the most favorite place I have ever lived would be in Cambodia, but Chanthy did it once again! Exceeded expectations? She exceeded expectations I didn’t even know I had! Beautifully decorated, modern, largest two bedroom apartment I’ve ever lived in in my entire life, with the most incredible patios, not one, two patios! With beautiful views, beautiful furniture, but here’s the best part, the best landlords anyone could ever ask for! And I hesitate using the term landlord, because they’re already family! So, if you’re looking for an apartment, you truly have only one choice if you want the best place you can find, and want to be impressed, as well as overwhelmed by the person who finds it for you, simply talk to Chanthy, tell her your needs, and it really is just that simple, yes you’re going to want to look at the apartment, but believe me, you’ll be wasting your time, just as I did the second time! If you have Chanthy, working for you, you have the best, you don’t need the rest!
