Architecture Rooted in Place

The architectural concept draws inspiration from the natural environment and the material character of Angkor. Stone, shaded walkways, planted balconies and open-air connections are incorporated throughout the development, creating a calm transition between the residences, gardens and shared spaces.

Greenery forms an important part of the overall plan. Pedestrian paths run between the residential blocks, while private gardens, balconies, water features and landscaped communal areas bring nature closer to each home.

Dual-Key Residences: Live in One, Rent Out the Other

Amazing Grace offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, with private garden, balcony and corner configurations. Selected two- and three-bedroom residences feature a dual-key layout, providing two separate living sections within a single property.

Owners can enjoy the entire residence as one home, accommodate visiting family and friends separately, or live in one section while placing the other into the developer’s rental management program.

This flexibility allows buyers to maintain a personal home in Siem Reap while generating rental income from the additional living space. A US$5,000 booking fee is required to secure your selected unit. This amount will be credited toward the total purchase price.
