Commercial Property Manager
Job Description
IPS Cambodia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Property Manager to support the growth of our Commercial Real Estate Division in Phnom Penh.
The role focuses on commercial property leasing, investment sales, business development, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will work closely with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and business owners to identify opportunities, manage transactions, and deliver professional real estate advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with commercial property owners, landlords, investors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Oversee the marketing, leasing, and sale of commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, industrial properties, and development sites.
- Identify new commercial property listings, leasing opportunities, and potential investment transactions.
- Coordinate property inspections, client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare commercial property proposals, market comparisons, and client presentations.
- Lead negotiations for commercial leases and property sales, ensuring professional transaction management.
- Provide clients with market insights and recommendations on leasing, investment, and property opportunities.
- Monitor commercial property market trends, rental rates, and investment activities.
- Maintain accurate property listings, client records, and transaction pipelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Valuation, Research, Legal, and other departments to support commercial transactions.
- Support business development initiatives and represent IPS Cambodia at client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property Consultancy, Commercial Leasing, Investment Sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Cambodia’s commercial property market, including office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, business development, and property transactions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Organized, proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluent English and Khmer communication skills; other language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Marketing Officer
Job Description
The Marketing Officer will support the promotion of properties, real estate projects, company services, and the IPS Cambodia brand across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of marketing experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in real estate, social media, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging captions and marketing content for properties, projects, company services, and campaigns
- Write and update property listing descriptions for the IPS Cambodia website
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and property consultants to produce marketing materials
- Assist with property photoshoots, video shoots, events, and project marketing activities
- Support digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns
- Update website content and assist with basic SEO
- Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance
- Research real estate market trends, competitors, and new content opportunities
- Ensure marketing materials follow IPS Cambodia’s branding and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field
- Good written and spoken Khmer and English
- Familiar with major social media platforms and digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, or similar tools is an advantage
- Creative, organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to travel to properties and project sites when required
Junior Video Editor
Job Description
The Junior Video Editor will support the creation of video content for property listings, real estate projects, social media, company events, and other marketing activities.
The role primarily focuses on video editing while also assisting with video shoots at properties, project sites, events, and other locations. The ideal candidate should be creative, comfortable with short-form social media content, and willing to develop both filming and editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit property videos, project videos, interviews, reels, and other social media content
- Create engaging short-form and vertical videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Assist with filming property walkthroughs, agent videos, interviews, events, and company activities
- Capture video using smartphones, cameras, DJI Osmo, and other available equipment
- Add basic transitions, subtitles, music, graphics, and other elements where appropriate
- Work with the Marketing Team to produce content based on briefs and schedules
- Organize and manage video footage and project files
- Travel to properties and project sites for video shoots when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, videography, content creation, or a related field
- Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
- Familiar with short-form and vertical social media videos
- Comfortable shooting videos using smartphones and basic camera equipment
- Basic knowledge of DJI Osmo or similar equipment is an advantage
- Good sense of composition, pacing, storytelling, and visual presentation
- Creative, responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel to properties and project sites when required
Social Media Officer
Job Description
The Social Media Officer will support IPS Cambodia’s property consultant team by publishing and promoting available property listings across social media, online marketplaces, and other digital channels.
The position will focus on maintaining consistent property exposure while ensuring that listing information, prices, photos, and availability are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish property listings across Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Telegram, Khmer24, and other relevant platforms
- Write clear and engaging captions based on property information provided by consultants
- Ensure property prices, locations, specifications, photos, and listing details are accurate
- Regularly repost and refresh active listings to maintain online visibility
- Organize property photos and listing information
- Monitor inquiries generated through published listings and forward leads to the appropriate property consultant
- Maintain records of published listings and platforms used
- Follow IPS Cambodia’s listing, branding, and communication standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, online listings, digital content, real estate, online sales, or a related field
- Familiar with Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Telegram, and other social media platforms
- Good written communication skills in Khmer and English
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online platforms
- Able to prepare clear and accurate property information
- Organized and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with property information and pricing

Valuation Intern
Job Description
IPS Cambodia is looking for a motivated Valuation Intern to join our professional Valuation Team in Phnom Penh.
This hands-on internship is suitable for university students, final-year students, and fresh graduates interested in developing a career in property valuation and real estate advisory. The intern will work alongside experienced valuers and gain practical exposure to property inspections, market research, comparable analysis, data collection, drone operations, and valuation report preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist valuers with property inspections and site visits
- Collect and verify information on land, residential, commercial, and development properties
- Research property listings, transactions, market prices, and comparable properties
- Assist with comparable analysis and straightforward valuation assignments under supervision
- Take and organize property photographs and supporting site information
- Learn to operate drones for property inspection and valuation purposes
- Prepare maps, property information, and supporting documentation
- Assist with Excel calculations, data entry, and valuation report preparation
- Maintain and update property valuation and comparable databases
- Support other valuation and market research activities when required
Requirements
- University student, final-year student, or fresh graduate
- Relevant academic backgrounds may include Real Estate, Land Management, Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Geography, or related disciplines
- Good numerical, analytical, research, and computer skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to communicate in English
- Comfortable with technology and interested in learning drone operations
- Willing to undertake fieldwork around Phnom Penh and other locations when required
