Mary brings a wonderful, refreshing energy and a strong academic foundation to IPS Cambodia’s Residential Leasing team.

Graduating with a major in Business Management, Mary initially carved out a creative career in the retail industry as a visual merchandiser. Choosing to challenge herself, she transitioned into real estate 2 years ago, and she credits IPS for giving her the ultimate platform to outgrow her limits and excel as a top-tier consultant.

Mary’s role encompasses the entire leasing cycle, from communicating with landlords and closing deals to conducting property viewings, drafting contracts, and establishing detailed inventory lists.

Beyond her technical acumen, Mary specializes in creating video content and injecting creative presentation into her listings. True to her personal philosophy, she focuses intensely on her clients’ exact requirements, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional service to teachers, NGO workers, diplomats, and retirees.

Mary is also widely recognized as the ultimate team cheerleader, keeping office spirits high and ensuring every client interaction is met with warmth and dedication.
