i went to phnom penh after watching many youtube videos re how to find a good condo. i decided to find the condo building that i want and go there on my own. avoid fees and get cheaper rent was the idea. both of my condo developers with deluxe gyms looked much bigger and full of high end equipment had large mirrors that made them look great. the rooms were a composite of different condos. i was disappointed and stopped at IPS for a fresh perspective. Syto Nhiev actually knows the very condo unit in that building (J Tower 2) and knew before i was told that another prospective client rented it out while i awaited the results of my offer on a 91 sqm 2 bedroom stunner! Syto took me to another building with INCREDIBLE views, 2 balconies, amazing views from each window, fresh breezes helped along with many ceiling fans. watch the Tonle connect with the Basak and Mekhong from the pool lounge. very secure area as a large police station nearby and embassies. and very affordable. i am so grateful to Syto Nhiev and IPS!!!
