The latest ODOM construction progress shows significant advancement across the mixed-use development on Norodom Boulevard. As of 25 September 2026, the retail podium has reached 90% completion, while structural works continue to move upward across both ODOM Tower and ODOM Living.
Following the completion of the basement, the retail podium is now moving closer to becoming the project’s next major completed construction stage.
Meanwhile, ODOM Tower has progressed through the 4th Floor, while reinforcement works are underway at the 4th Floor of ODOM Living.
Overall project construction has now reached 18.30%, reflecting progress across the wider development as work continues on the two towers, shared retail podium, and other components of ODOM.
Construction at ODOM Phnom Penh continues to move forward across its residential, commercial, and shared podium components.
The latest ODOM construction progress highlights continued vertical development across both towers. At the same time, work on the shared podium has increased significantly since the previous update in June.
Construction continues simultaneously across the development’s residential, commercial, and retail components.
The latest progress is particularly visible at the shared podium, which has advanced considerably since July. At the same time, both towers continue their vertical structural development.
One of the most significant milestones in the September update is the progress of the retail podium, which has now reached 90% completion.
This represents a major increase from the 55% completion reported in July 2026.
The retail podium forms the shared base connecting ODOM Tower and ODOM Living. As a result, its progress represents an important construction milestone for the development as a whole.
With the basement already completed, the podium is now moving closer to becoming the next major completed stage of ODOM.
Structural construction at ODOM Tower continues to move upward.
As of 25 September 2026, structural works have progressed through the 4th Floor, marking considerable vertical progress since the previous update.
In July, the commercial tower had completed its Ground Floor columns and core walls as well as the 1st Floor slab. Reinforcement was then underway for the next columns and core walls.
The latest milestone therefore shows continued advancement of the commercial component over the past two months.
Progress also continues at ODOM Living, the residential component of the development.
Reinforcement works are currently underway at the 4th Floor, following the structural progress achieved during the previous construction period.
In July, ODOM Living had completed concrete works through the 2nd Floor, while the 3rd Floor slab had been cast and reinforcement for its columns and core walls was underway.
With construction now advancing at the 4th Floor, the residential tower continues its vertical development above the shared podium.
As of 25 September 2026, overall construction at ODOM has reached 18.30%.
While the retail podium itself is already 90% complete, the overall percentage reflects the much broader scope of the entire development.
ODOM consists of a 45-storey commercial tower, a 30-storey residential tower, and a five-storey shared podium, meaning substantial vertical construction and subsequent building works remain ahead.
Therefore, the overall percentage should be viewed separately from the completion percentage of individual components such as the retail podium.
Vertical Construction Continues
Overall, the latest ODOM construction progress demonstrates steady advancement across the development.
Both towers have reached new structural stages. Meanwhile, more than half of the shared podium has been completed.
These milestones follow ODOM’s transition from foundation works into above-ground construction earlier in 2026. The development continues to move toward its planned 2027 completion.

Developed by Urban Living Solutions (ULS), ODOM is a major mixed-use development on Norodom Boulevard. The project combines residential, commercial, retail, and lifestyle spaces within one integrated community.
ODOM consists of a 45-storey commercial tower and a 30-storey residential tower. A five-storey ODOM Square podium connects the two towers.
