Moving is stressful, especially so when settling in a new country. I found the IPS website clear, informative, and mostly easy to use.

However, it was our agent, Theavy Chea, who made the task of home-hunting as smooth as possible. Ms. Chea is well organized, knowledgeable, friendly and a strong communicator. In addition to the list of properties we decided to view, she had a number of other options that met our criteria to show us.

Ms. Chea helped us to communicate with the each property manager and was able to get all of our questions answered. She also did a good job in negotiating prices for us.
Most impressive, is that after getting to know us and what was most important to us in an apartment, she had a place come open at the last minute, that she took us to see…. and it is the one we chose.

Additionally, after moving in, Ms. Chea has been available to help us with any questions or concerns we have at the new place. Excellent service! Michelle Benzing
